Once there, press 4.
Then press 3 to get to Greeting Changes
Then press 1 to get to the menu
The press 3 to select a personalized greeting. It will play your current greeting back to you and ask you if you are happy with it - the pound(#) key or if you want to change it, the star (*) key.
