I just got a motorola krzr and accidentally set the voicemail message to one i didn't like. Now i can't figure out how to change it! I can't find anything on how to do it anywhere.

Try calling your voice mail and listen to the person talk. Wait until they say press this # for personnel options. After they'll tell you to press a certain # for record greetings. Then another # for change greeting. Hope it helped. : )
