Our voicemail service recently changed and I do not know how to get into it to check my messages

Then the same options are available [delete, save, skip, etc....]How do I get into my Verizon voicemail?For Verizon Wireless? Dial *86 and enter your PIN when prompted. If you have Verizon Landline service I'm not sure if that will work.
