You can also call verizon to have them reset your password.You can upload your pictures to a computer via the picts place option on your phone. It sends the pictures to verizon's webpage and from there you can save them to your computer. I can't remember if the razor has a memory card slot or not- if it does you can also put in a memory card, save your pictures to that, then put the memory card into your computer to access your pictures.
