I have recently had a co-worker commit suicide. We are trying to handle things the best we can. Any ideas on how we should change the voicemail and email?Voicemail email notifying after death?You can use something like this: %26quot;Thank you for contacting our company, the person you are trying to reach is no longer available, please refer to such and such (name of replacement) for help/questions/comments/sales...%26quot;, whatever your company does. People doesn't need to know the circumstances. Redirect mails to another account. If somebody asks you simply say that the person has passed away. No details needed.
