Verizon phone?

i have a verizon phone and want to change my voicemail! how do i do it? thanksVerizon phone?first go and call your voice mail. (look under the messenging part in your menu go down to voice mail and select it then press send) you will have to enter your password when it asks you to(If you've never created one it will be the last four digits of your cell phone number) enter it in and listen it will give you options- click on the number it says to for %26quot;personal options%26quot; then it will ask which personal option you want to change- it's pretty clear when it gets to the one it says personal voice greeting. then just follow the directions from there. if it starts out by saying no new messages then it says first skipped message listen to the message and wait till it asks what to do with it and when the option comes up for main menu click the button it says to and then do what i said at the top
